I've been painting ahead - today, 14th is almost done - so I wasn't really thinking about 9/11 when I painted this one. It's sadness does seem to fit for today though.
I'm glad this day is becoming not only one of remembrance but also of service. I just spent some time on MyGoodDeed.org - a step in the right direction.
