Kettlebells are pretty amazing. Within the space of less than 2 cubic feet you can fit enough workout equipment to last a lifetime. I follow Lorna Kleidman's book: Body Sculpting with Kettlebells. So far, I'm more than halfway through her silver routine. I can't say I enjoy doing the exercises. But I do love how I feel afterwards. Plus, it's good for the bones.

For the past six years, I've been a Nutritarian and have read every book Dr. Joel Fuhrman has written (except for his latest: Fast Food Genocide - which I've placed a request for from our library.)
I've also enrolled in the NWHS
But I'll check out Mercola too - it's always good to keep learning!

Ketogenic diets look like they have some definite advantages - especially for certain medical conditions. It was really interesting reading about their history and how people are using them now.
Dr. Furhman has an article on his site that compares his diet with a Ketogenic one. I'll leave a link here if you're interested.
